Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To be respectful of our estheticians' time and to accommodate other clients on our waitlist, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Rescheduling and cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be charged a fee equal to 20% of the reserved service price. This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of booking. No-shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is subject to the same 20% fee. How to cancel or reschedule: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, text or email. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this cancellation policy.
